They don't deserve any stars. Overpriced furniture. We purchased the whole bedroom set and were told we were getting the whole set but upon delivery we did not receive a dresser. After speaking to the owner, he refused to accept responsibility for his employees giving false information and tried to argue with me about it and proceeded to ask for $1300 extra for the dresser that should have been included. They have nice furniture but I would not recommend a place with that kind of service to anybody. Edit! Apparently truth is not valuable to this company neither. The only "threat" made was to make right on the situation or the delivery was going to be rejected. Secondly, the owner started arguing and getting smart with me and not allowing me to speak so then I raised my voice. Also, there was nothing indicating the chest was separate from the set. Although he says in his response that they showed us a picture of the sign. We only communicated over the phone about the issue and I would love to see proof that we were sent a picture via email or text because that is completely false. Other chests in other sets were marked separate and when we asked about this not being labeled, we were told the paper "must have fallen on the floor under the chest" which is not my problem. Dollar general sells tape maybe they can go there and tape the sign next time so it doesn't move. Lastly, we told our salesperson we wanted to buy pieces individually and she told us that we could not do that and we would have to purchase the full set. Apparently they need to go over the definition of a full set. Also, he says he offered to sell the chest to me at a discounted rate. This is also false, I brought up the idea because he said"I can't just give it to you" so I said no but he can play with the prices and he refused and said he would just give my money back. I don't appreciate the defamatory comments. Edit to the edit. I will attach a picture of the set how we seen it. Anyone can feel free to zoom in on the chest and look for the tag on it. The sales lady actually specifically told "my relative" that the sign was on the floor so I would love to see your surveillance footage while we were there to see if you are lying or if it was the sales associate. The only reason my voice was raised was because of your behavior, smartness, and inability to let the other party share what they have to say. And if you record your phone calls I'm more than happy to listen to it and we can post it as well for other people to listen. I don't need to say anything else. The way you speak to your customers and argue speaks volumes.

Along with an older black gentleman who has helped moving things into my home before; he told my 17 year old daughter, she was ruining her face with said piercings. Please control your employees they give you all a bad look. Edit: I forgot to mention, the fact that the building team broke one of the parts of my daughter’s bed years ago, she didn’t notice till she took it apart the other day. It’s as if someone took a hammer and smashed this piece into place and quickly hid it. Would definitely recommend building the things you buy from here yourself. Edit2: It was two of your employees that were sensitive enough to comment on my daughter’s piercings, may god govern their tongues next time. If the bed was built correctly I assure you, you wouldn’t have had to accommodate us. Have a good day.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!! before buying from this location, I went in and bought a new in box kitchen table. My husband got off work and when he went to go pick up the table and was pushing it on his truck, one of their forklift drivers RAN OVER HIS FOOT with the forklift, and it couldn’t of been an accident as he was driving FORWARD & could see my husband clear as day and could hear him hollering to tell him to stop. I’m not sure what he was even doing at that point as my husband is trying to push it on more so he can close his tailgate, the guy ran over his entire foot and it’s black and blue he is limping. The forklift driver asked if he was okay but didn’t apologize. I called and told them about it the next day because we opened the box and the table was indeed not new in the box. She said she didn’t know about it happening & offered to deliver another table free of charge that didn’t have damage and said “sorry about that” but did not apologize for their EMPLOYEE RUNNING OVER MY HUSBANDS FOOT WITH A FORKLIFT, I just wanted some kind of acknowledgement of what happened and how crazy it is. The absolute least they could have done was a sincere apology. Careless people!!! Obviously nobody cared about the incident because he wasn’t contacted to ask about his foot if it is broken or okay after I told the employee about it over the phone the next day. Disgusting. EDIT: I will say that the table is nice that we recieved the second time & it was a good...

On our first visit to the showroom, we weren't quite sure what we wanted to buy since we had just started shopping for living room furniture. The sales manager Anna, showed us around and answered many questions about various sets we were interested in...she even helped us with measurements.

All this help and we never felt pressured to purchase right away. She understood the importance in finding the set that was perfect for our home . We were invited to come back anytime to look again.

Honestly, we looked at a lot of other furniture stores and never found anything we were just totally in love with so we decided to go back to the showroom.

Second time was a charm! They had just gotten in a new shipment of furniture and we found the perfect set. I’m so happy we decided to go back. We got a wonderful deal on our furniture that blew the competition away! On top of that, Wesley found out we rescued animals and gave me the most beautiful picture of a dog I have ever seen. Made me cry happy tears.

I would recommend Furniture Warehouse Showroom to everyone! The selection of furniture is great and of high quality... and prices...are better than any of their competitors. Not to mention how nice everyone there is...Thank you Furniture Warehouse Showroom for such a great experience. You made us feel...
