I received my April 2025 bill and noticed that it had gone done by close to $20. Contact them because I was concerned my 500MB/500MB service was downgraded. Was told no, they just restructured their pricing and my service was the same. who does that?}. I was told that 1GB/1GB service would cost just a little more than what I had been paying so I immediately said to go ahead and upgrade me. This also includes managed router so I can change things if I want. Plus since Nov. 11, 2022 , The INSP channel has been off air , supposedly due to loss of signal from the satellite & today is Nov. 21 ! Called a couple of different times to the O'Neill office & the Lynch office ! So as of today , the channel has been off air a total of 10 days straight !
