I consider myself unlucky this is the corner store by my place. In two words id say it is stuck up. They over price everything. I asked if they'd order something they didn't carry, they did, and I appreciated it, just to figure out it cost almost three dollars more then anywhere else. They won't do split transactions, won't let you use debit if it's under Five dollars, charge for plastic bags, and won't accept ebt. The owner is known to hunt down people on the suspicion of shoplifting with a firearm. Which is illegal and extremely dangerous. There is a Shell up the road that changes all of that. Been a frequent customer, was unaware they did not do cash back. Tried to purchase a soda for cash back and cashier informed me they did not do cash back. The purchase has gone through so I asked to cancel so I could get cash back elsewhere and cashier said there is a "no returns" policy. That has never been stated or sign posted anywhere. There's a level of markup thet the convenience is worth not driving into town and then there's what is happening here.
