Owner doesn read whole review and gove auto responese. We were not listened to and our dogs werent safe. When something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, so don't trust it? We booked in September for a camera suite, 11/23/23 -11/27/23. I never got one even after being told on phone by owner and worker it would be fixed it was not. but that is only the beginning of our frustration. There was some back and forth on the price and a few other things we also asked to see where they were staying to never get show that we rnt even sure they were together like we asking while they were not outside being charged for biggest suite . One of our biggest gripes would be that our Spaniard mix came home with a cough, fleas, and her skin seriously broken out with dandruff coming off her bad. We have had her since she was eight weeks old and she has never shed to much hair despite being a long haired breed. Suddenly my entire bed is covered in her fur. We just got back from our trip three hours befor it was everywere ! So she has shed more in three hours than the last three months combined... There are many other things that bothered us tremendously including only 6 cans of food miss from there food we brought, that we were very uncomfortable trying to speak with the employee about the issue as on the drop off day she kept talking over and shuting us down and changing what she said on the phone .but we got our babies back safe and that is what matters most. I feel I should let other know we didn't get the care we were promised for our animals and it was also not price they claim. It will be over the phone. It will never be made right and that is fine. UPDATE our vet said tilley is broke out from some form of shampoo that was used on her, her skin is allergic reaction to it. Although wehn we got home that day we had to bath them again and water was black so we think they just sprayed perfume on them why she actuall broke put , they were not clean like they claimed they would be , Her flea pills also didn't work she does have fleas and she has a slight cough along with puking and has to take meds to clear up. Again we were just trying to get our dog out there and leave because the worker made it uncomfortable to talk to and owner refuse to anwser text for days so there was no point. We didn't say it was perfect and just thanked them so we could leave...
Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could, but I can't post without at least one star. I am not happy with the haircut or the way my dog and I were treated. I was so excited after dropping my dog off there, and thought I would be happy with her cut, as we discussed every detail. I even tipped and paid for the extra pampering. When my standard poodle was brought out, I saw that she had no hair left on her except for her feet. No topknot, nothing on her ears, and her body had no hair! (That was minor, hair will grow back.) Her ears had not been cleaned and water was in them, causing my dog to violently shake her head. This resulted in open bleeding wounds at the tips of her ear flaps. There was no cushion of hair on her head nor on her ears to protect her tender ear flaps. I immediately took her back to the groomer. Someone cleaned the ears a little, and painted her wounds with Liquid Bandaid. I had to take her to her veterinarian the next morning. I then took the veterinarian bill to Animal Friends and politely asked to be reimbursed. The owner yelled at me and refused to reimburse me. I will not return and am sorry he's giving groomers a bad name. (This part written after the owner posted a reply....) My dogs ears were matted, but salvageable without hurting her. The remainder of her body was not "horribly matted", and you did not mention a "very severe ear infection " to me. (Funny, the veterinarian did not find an ear infection the next morning either.) You have the veterinarian bill. Do you see it listed there? No! The antibiotic was for PREVENTION of infection for the open wounds on her ears. The hair will grow back. I'm saddened because I put my full trust in you to do your best for my dog, and when confronted, you traumatized her, you wouldn't make it right, then you...

Dear everyone with pets!!
Let me start by saying how grateful I am for chase and his team!!! Late Friday night I came home and found my female Rottweiler off of her lead and nowhere to be found. Wednesday morning my neighbor knocked on the door and told me that they found my dog on Facebook and that the pet grooming place two streets over had her.
Immediately I reached out and found out that it was my dog and then reached out to the owner. I'm so grateful for them for housing and feeding her while she was AWOL. That really gave me a piece of mind that my fur baby was alive and in great care. I would stand behind this team inregards to taking care of your pet. Their team is the best. Even after all this and keeping her longer than they legally had to. {Chase Reed still offered to help in anyway that they could!! Again I'm so thankful for their team at Animal Friends Pet Care!!! Last thing , I want to thank all of you for watching out for lady while she was missing you'll never know how grateful I am for y'all's team. Chase whatever you're doing keep doing it brother because you got a great thing going.
