Very disappointed, meat has a mettle taste n smell to it. Not sure if it's our beef or something else , never had an issue anywhere else. Maybe he's adding some tallow or something else idk. Definitely won't be back . Freezer full of metal tasting beef.

You won't find a better butcher for your home grown meats. We always enjoy working with Dan and his staff. There is a reason there is a waiting list! Cannot say enough good things about this place. Cannot wait until they move to their new...
