We drove about 4 hours to look at a truck and passed this store along the way. This beautiful little general store will surprise you after you walk in. There's an area in the back area of the store that has toys that were on the shelves in the 50's & 60's…and yes they are for sale!! We fell in love looking at our childhood memories that we could purchase. We bought a cap gun with extra ammo, uh for our grandsons Pap said. lol I saw a nice selection of a little jewelery box that you wind up, when you open it, there's a ballerina that turns, I had one of those when I was little. They have a beautiful selection of some great memories!! You may even see something you wish you had once upon a time, it's never too late!! And their prices aren't high all.Inside they have a beautiful display of local crafts and let me tell you, there are allot of very gifted people here!! There was also a nice selection of candy, oh my!! ☺ There's a deli on the other side of this house. Our stomachs were growling just smelling everything!! ☺ if you ever have some time, and just want to go for a ride, it will be...

If this store gets a new owner, I will happily go back and see if there is an...

My buddy lives down the road and isn't the best host so I usually pop on down for some grub and joe in the am, when I'm around. Old pot belly stove gives me visions of the local farmers meeting and gossiping around it. Lots of local art, fishing tackle/licensing, full Mennonite style market inside with local produce. I like sitting out back in the breeze on a picnic table or i walk over to the train tracks and let my mind wander...
