That's not true Lisa I read the reviews should have before I ever went to your shop. And even if I were the first which I'm not and you know this, then so be it there is always a first time for anything and you Know This Is the Truth the plain and simple honest to God's truth. I have no reason to make any of this up. So out of the 1000's of people in six years you are definitely slipping and getting greedy and not being honest. Selling used machines is fine thats why we go to used places we know there is a discount verses brand new,it's for people that can't afford New, but to sell used machines not working not working properly not being Fixed first to then sell to the public is Absolutely Wrong! Bad bad business. So bad. So dishonest and that is what u did and are! I'm so sorry Lisa you did this to me to a paying customer. Should I bring up the dryer too. The dryer that you sold to me for another 200.00 along with the washer for 250.00 and u wanted another 50.00 delivery fee at that but remb how the dryer door didnt shut and u said at the shop when I looked at it that it did but u didn't show me so, I just took your word. I asked u why this lock thingie has hanging on it u laughed and said that's what the other customer put on it for their kids safety. I believed that. But when I got the dryer home the door didn't shut didnt stay shut. The lock thingie on there was to help keep the door shut. Which it didn't. That's why I immediately called u about this and you said oh wow oh no ok I'll come over look at it and fix it. It took you how long how many weeks upon weeks to come see it and finally out on a clip clamp whatever it's called that was broken from the other customer which kept the door from now shutting and locking shut. Remb all of this Lisa? How can I be making all this up? I'm not the dishonest one in this mess. And you don't even say your sorry or fix this and keep your name good. Goodness! And to top this off u knew as well that the dryer you took from me that door didnt shut either and was part of the reason for me getting new used ones, a set from you. here the exact same things happening to each of my machines is the same exact things wrong with the ones you sold me. You didn't even service them after they came into your shop. You just sold them!!! That's wrong! You sold junk. You sold broken machines. Horrible experience with this Shop. Sold me a broken washer for 250.00 a leaking underneath loud like a jet taking off machine. Didn't fix it before they resold it to me from a customer that traded it in. So I bought their broken washer. Sad thing, Lisa took my old one and gave me nothing for it cuz it was leaking thats why I needed a newer one and she knew this and still sold me a machine that had the same problems of leaking but also being extremely loud. So loud u have to turn up the TV or get off the phone as well. Lisa has said 3 times to me that the jet sounding noise is normal.. Today is the fourth time of it leaking underneath. She keeps guessing what is wrong with it and won't take it back to trade in for a Better working one. I never asked for a refund all I wanted was her to take it back each time and replace it with one that works. Don't buy from here. They are crooks. And they lie. I was recently told by other people who have delt with this Shop that they have had some of the same problems with appliances from Lisa's. Not a good shop not professional not trust worthy not dependable. Stay away from here and keep your money. I would of been better off buying a used washer from the next door neighbor app or if not at least they aren't a repair shop selling used and broken unrepaired appliances like Lisa does claiming the washer was fine even though she told me she doesn't remb why the washer was there at her shop what was wrong with it yet she claims she fixed it. I knew then Trouble! Nothing but ever sense. A waste of money and time of cleaning up from 4 times of leaking. Each time she guessed why and said this or that even blamed it on me the cold weather. My freezer was not freezing they came out right away and fixed it. One month later the freezer was frosting up and top 2 shelves were not freezing. I called them because I was happy with their work.
