Went to Napa to get some bolts for a bumper replacement on my '05 Durango, as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hello. A salesperson named Amado helped me, offered to look at my truck to make sure that's what I needed..turns out I didn't . He and another guy even offered to replace bumper for me there at the store. In between of helping me with my Durango, he also answered customer phone calls and helped them as well. I'm grateful for Amado and this other man for putting their time and effort to make sure my bumper was put on the right way. :) I will choose to come to this store before any other, that's for sure! ...

Had to wait for Chris to finish watching movie on his phone to check me out...then ...he was still watching when i had to ask for a bag to put my 129.00 worth of stuff in bag and he still hesitated while watching his phone...Tuesday 9:25 pm. I was broke down on the side off the highway don't remember his name but they went over and above the call of customer service. There are good people there, thank you and god bless ya'll for restoring some believe in people Thxs...
