Purchased an Earthquake rear tine tiller early February. It was already assembled which was great. Got it home went over the instructions and prepared the tiller for use as directed. Got it all ready and started pulling the rope and pulled the rope and pulled the rope but it wouldn’t start. Went over the instructions again to make sure I did everything correct but to no avail. Loaded it up and returned to the store. Explained to them what I went through. I was asked to leave it overnight and they would have it checked out tomorrow and try to find the problem and come back the next day to pick it up if they could get it running. I told them I would do that if they would bring it to me some 30 miles away. That condition didn’t set well so they agreed to exchange it. Got all the paperwork done and two of the workers agreed to watch as I filled it with gas and oil. Had them check over and they agreed that everything was good. Followed the instructions on how to start it up. Pulled the rope and pulled a second time and it started up. I was happy they were happy everybody was happy. All the people that I came in contact with were great super courteous a helpful. Great people great store. I will definitely be...
Read moreWe are frequent buyers of this location. We went for our regular weekly order and noticed we had busted a tire on our truck . The manager along with a couple of other employees immediately jumped on to go help us. We didn’t have any tools with us because we were using a company truck this didn’t stop the employees from grabbing whatever was necessary to get us home before the end of the night. We used to buy from tractor supply all the time but one time we had a similar problem happen to us and no one bother to help us not even to ask if we needed help not to mention their customer service has gone down hill and they never have product available . I am very happy this Atwood’s is here but not only the chain their employees have all been very nice and helpful. They definitely have a strong team work going...
Read moreGenerally have good service and sales staff are friendly. I bought five chicks earlier this year coyotes got into my chickens. The New Hampshire Red chicks were supposed to be straight run which means non-sexed. For a dollar cheaper than I figure I would take my chances and then cull out the roosters. However all five chicks ended up being roosters. What are the odds? Well chances of that occuring are about 3%. I'm guessing these were not straight run at all, but they were the roosters left over after the hens were seperated. What a waste of my time and money, now I've got five roosters to get rid of instead of just two or three. All I can say is just be honest with your customers instead of doing something like this. I won't be buying chicks...
