Unprofessional and wasted my time, energy, and gas!!! I wanted to bring a bottle to a house gathering. I called the phone number listed and a man casually answered (no professinal greeting to inform me I was contacting a business). It was a Saturday, and I needed the drinks for that night, so I confirmed the address/location and business hours. I specifically asked if somoene would be there during business hours and the gentleman confirmed yes. So I organized my day based on the location of my errands. Either way, Litt was way out of my way. Once I arrived in the neighborhood, I called again to help me navigate the industrial area where it was located. The gentleman told me no one was there as someone had stepped out to run to Lowes or Home Depot but he'd call me right back. He called back immediately to confirm no one was there and that someone would return in about 20 minutes. I drove out of my way!!!!! And was pressed for time!!!!! And squeezed in Litt because I could have easily went to the corner LQ to purchase alcohol!!!!!! I was so disgusted at the lack of professionalism. And a lack of apology. I so wanted to support a black-owned business, but I won't ever do business with them and will discourage others from...
