A Hidden Gem for Chicken Lovers! Saroki's Delivers on Quality and Service!
Saroki's, located near 23 Mile and North Avenue, is a breath of fresh air! After experiencing their fantastic catering at a friend's party, I had to try it for myself. And I was blown away. Tony and the team provided exceptional, VIP-level service, answering all my questions with genuine enthusiasm.
The dark meat chicken (thighs and leg) was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, passing my "quality test" with flying colors. The chicken tender was exceptionally good, making it a close call with the bone-in. The biscuit was spot-on, I didn't even need the Sriracha or hot sauce to dip my chicken into, a rarity!
The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the location, away from the usual traffic jams, makes it an easy and enjoyable trip. It's clear Saroki's prioritizes quality in their food, their catering, and their customer service. This place is a true gem, and I'm already planning my next visit to try the chicken breast! If you're looking for delicious, high-quality chicken and outstanding service, look no further...
Read moreIt was my friend and I's first time ordering for here. I don't eat fast food or eat out a lot but I've heard a lot of great things about them at work and we decided to give them a try this weekend. Friendly staff and thank you for being patient while my friend and I decided what to order. The woman at the counter, explained things on the menu well. The food was so good and fresh! It was a lot of food and we still have leftovers. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I ordered a 3 piece combo. We got Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried corn, extra biscuits between the 2 of us. By the time we got back to my place the food was still piping hot, the chicken was still crispy, (usually it starts to get soggy after sitting in a bag for a bit). Everything we had was seasoned really well. Don't get me started on the biscuits, they were so good! I'll try the pizza for...
Read moreFloppy greasy undercooked pizza. I figured id come in and try the "new recipe" and was smacked in the face with the greasiest floppiest pizza ive ever seen. New york style pizza is not suppose to be drenched in sauce and full of thick heavy greasy cheese. This is terrible. The garlic knots were half done still doughy in the center and taste like they were cooked in a turbo chef at 711. What a terrible experience. Oh also if you order via phone you cant pick your order up east and convenient thru the DRIVE THRU you have to go inside and wait inline like a peasant. Who the hell installs a drive thru and tells you to come inside thru it?! Restaff retrain this whole place it looked like an unorganized mess. This same day dough gonna make the whole neighborhood...
