In the past I gave them a 4 star. Now after today 1/15/24. I am giving a 1 star. I made a appointment 2 weeks ago. Today no one came out to my house. This will be the 2nd time this happen. I called them. The lady name Brook, she didn't know where The electrician guy was. So she told me she will call me back. Brook called back and told me that the electrician guy has a sick family. So I can make another appointment 2 weeks out. I end up telling her I will call back and make appointment, but I end up calling back and I talk to manager Nathan Kiefer. I told him what happened. That someone should have called me and told me that they wasn't going to make it. Nathan got mad started yelling at me telling me "then call someone else. I don't have to listen to this," and hung up on me. This is not professional and this is coming from a manager. You can't act like the victim, I am the victim! I didn't do nothing wrong. A thorough written estimate was provided by Nathan, which was redone the several times we added or changed our minds. They were very patient with us (thank you, Sue) through the entire process. Once we finalized plans, they started in a timely manner and stuck with the job all the way through to finish. The crew included GLEN the carpenter, BILL the plumber, BRET the electrician, and DOUG the tiler. They were all polite, professional and obliging. They had to be called multiple times to fill in the trench in the yard, which was a danger to the tenants of the house. Then when they finally filled it they didn't smooth out the ground. Big piles of dirt and deep dips were left. Their lack of communication left me behind for the tenants returning to the house. They blamed me for this lack of communication despite my utilization of every means available to me of getting ahold of them on multiple platforms.
