The wife and I had arrived at our campsite when we noticed our refrigerator wasn’t working. I contacted the service department. They did not answer about midnight that night. We get a text message from the service tech so the next morning we contacted them they said they could show up at the campsite to look at repairing The refrigerator in our RV he explained to us that he could be there at about 10:00 AM. My wife met them up there and he began working on the refrigerator. It wasn’t long he came in told my wife he got us back up and running said he found a loose connection which was on the wire that tells the refrigerator how cold you get we arrived at the campsite that night to Start our weekend camping trip I had purchased some bug screens to install on the refrigerator vents outside. I removed the lower vent and was looking inside of the refrigerator to see if I could tell maybe what wire had been loose so that if it happened again, I could fix it myself when I had noticed all this technician done was removed a fusible link that is there to protect the refrigerator if it overheats sometime, I contacted the service center and talked to the service manager. The service manager explained to me that it was fine. I said well that’s not my problem. My problem is he told us he found a loose connection. He never said anything to us about removing the fusible link. The service manager explained to me that it was fine to leave it like that and then it would be OK. I told him that it wasn’t a matter of it being OK or not. OK it was a matter of the guy did not explain to us what he had actually Done. He removed a part of my refrigerator and did not explain to me that this is what I done he told us that he had found a loose connection. I contacted a different service center and they told me that this fusible link needs to be there so that if something happens in the refrigerator overheats then it will disconnect power to the refrigerator and keep things safe The service manager at that time decided he was going to hang up on me. My wife called them back and he done the same thing to her When she had explained to him all the service technician Needed to do was tell us what he had done. We could either order the part ourselves and put it on or they could have ordered it and put it on at a later date. He hung up on my wife. so at that point I was starting to overheat. I tried to call them back and they would not even take my call and have continued to try to get in touch with them from that day forward still not taking my call to me. I think this is very poor service and is not good for a business that has just changed hands within the last few Signed...
Read moreI went and looked at campers in April. I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for in stock. However, Jay showed me a floor plan of one that was scheduled to be delivered May 13th. I was very interested in the one he showed me. I have called for a month and a half asking if it’s in stock and have been told each time it wasn’t. I looked online at their website today, the camper shows in stock. I called and talked to Shelly, she said, yeah it’s here after she told my husband this morning that the one we were waiting on wasn’t there. I called Shelly to be sure the one I was looking at online wasn’t there. It is there and no one has called like they said they would. Shelly told me that they lost our file. (Wonder where in the world our personal information has landed) Shelly offered me $15,000 less for my camper than what Jay did at the end of April. The camper they have that we were looking at has gone up $10,000 and what they offered us has gone down $15,000. I asked for Jay to call me back so we could discuss where our conversation had left off in April. Jay said that he threw the sticky note away with our phone number on it a long time ago and it doesn’t matter what we discussed before. I don’t think this guy is in the business to make sales. I have never been treated with such terrible customer service in my life. I would never buy a camper from people that lie about returning phone calls, loose personal paperwork and lower the value of your camper by $15,000 in a month and a half. PLEASE BEWARE when giving them your personal information, they will loose it. Please beware that what they tell you can change quickly by tens of...
Read moreThis is our first time here. We're just traveling thru. Not sure why Brandi was complaining. These lot sizes are great compared to where we stay in Texas. We're so close in Texas that you can't put your awning out, as it will hit the rv next to you! Now that's close. We have a pull thru site long enough for our 5th wheel and truck to stay hooked up. There was plenty of room to put our awning out also. It's great. We even had some green grass in our site. There was a cement slab for patio and not mud to walk out on. This prevented a lot of dirt from coming in. Our site was level and clean. It's too cold to use the pond and out of season for activities. Employees were very nice. Our dogs were welcomed as long as they were leashed and cleaned up after. We were close to the highway, but traffic was no different then having railroad tracks close by. We kept the windows closed, as it was cold out, and that kept the noise to a minimum. We are used to city noise any way. In fact, we've heard children be louder in rv parks then the highway was here. Only gave 4 stars, because we didn't see or use the restrooms, laundry room, wifi, and other facilities. We have our own independent wifi, so we don't depend on others. There was no picnic table, but there was a fire ring if we wanted to use it. We would definitely come back and stay again. This place looks like it could be a lot of fun in the summer. Brandi might want to visit south Texas rv parks to see how close...
