Bullet Trap — Local services in Macon

Went shooting there a while back and had an AR-15, a 12 guage, and a .45 pistol. Was told to leave my "long gun" up front because they only had one rifle lane amd it was currently in use. No big deal. So I get a lane and take my shotgun and handgun. After shooting my shotgun, some big guy comes up and starts being extremely rude about me not shooting my shotgun in lane one. I was never told by anyone up front that I could not fire my shotgun in the non rifle lane. So needless to say I left and do not intend on coming back. Their facility is nice, but the staff has horrible communication and are rude to customers. Do not recommend going unless you only have a handgun. Waste of time and...

I've always had a great experience at the Bullet Trap. The guys have a lot of knowledge and gives helpful information. I received my carry conceal card from the classes that I took at the Bullet Trap. I learned quite a bit from the classes and would highly recommend the classes. Y There are new and used weapons for sale and many other accessories for weapons. The receptionist is pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant. Took my daughter in there to get her familiarized with fire arms since she’s graduating college this year with a criminal justice degree. The lady at the front desk was very condescending and just plain rude. Crazy to think that’s who is representing your business. Now the gentleman there was super helpful in educating us on the steps we need to take. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere though. First impressions definitely set the tone...
