I have always wanted to go to this daily dealz as I have watched so many people on tik tok love this place and show their hauls of amazing finds like target brand bedding and things like that. Which is large bulky items that is easy to kind in a bin within 10 min. With that being said me and my family took our vacation to Florida this year and we live in Kentucky. I figured I would never get to come here as I live in Kentucky but as we are on our way back home today I realize that we will be passing up Macon on the way home. It is Sunday Aug 27 they close at 6 today. I got there at 5:45 thinking I have 15 min to check this place out and would have had more but took a wrong turn. I’ve always wanted to go to and was super excited so 15 min was worth it to me. I was not going to stay over 6 pm as I respect people time as I used to work retail and know it’s frustrating when people stay past closing but even with that I would never have acted like this man, I just wanted to check it out. As soon as I walk In the doors the security guard races up to my family saying they are closing in 5 min. I said okay sir I’m just looking around we are from ky passing by and have seen how many people love this place so we are just checking it out. Knowing they close in 15 min not 5. He proceeded to follow and harass me and my family around the store for 10 min telling us to check out when there is no line for check out and we have nothing in our hands yet to even check out. At this point we just leave. To be disappointed and disrespected is an understatement. For a small family owned business you would think they would be excited that there businesses name has made it all the way to KY but not only that being the only location I would hire nice people to work my store so there is no issues like this one. He was so rude for no reason. They was not closed. If he started at 5:55 even that would have been different. Like I said we have 6 hours of a drive to get home. There was no intention to stay after closing. Such a uncomfortable and disappointing experience especially when you have wanted to come here for months and months now to just be rude to. And so excited for the finds you may see. Not to mention we left before it was even 6 and seen the security guard followed a older lady out to her car as she just was taking her bags to her vehicle in the cart and was taking it back but he made a point to tell her to leave also when we walked in and she had been there and then follows her to the parking lot. First of all respect your elders but maybe that’s just our hospitality in Kentucky but i won’t be recommending this place to anyone unless you want to walk in as they open but even at that they are just rude. I got pushed, shoved, elbowed during restock. Not to mention the ONE worth it product I got wasn’t behind the cashier. James brought out one beats headphone and asked if I wanted it, because the other had gotten lost. Um no. Good customer service would have been to let me have one of the headsets out of the case. I mean seriously. I was planning on buying some furniture today too, but I am not coming back. I mean terrible customer service and for me to be a loyal customer this is outrageous. Will not be recommending this facility.

I originally did a review and loved daily dealz for the simple fact you can get great deals. That part is true. I have come here for over a year now on various days. However, I’ve also been observant. There are about 10 regulars at this location that save seats ahead of time EVERY single Friday and hoard items to resell for their own profit. (See the photo attached at the break of dawn!!) They stack up their 4 or 5 buggy’s in the back and continue to hoard throughout the morning. Speaking for myself I shop here for me. If I see something I like it’s because I genuinely need it. It’s really pointless in going at this point unless you plan on getting what “ the hoarder squad” doesn’t want! How can this be resolved… management needs to do better at managing overnight stay for one which is a liability and two if adults aren’t seated in their seats then they shouldn’t be saved. Read moreBeware the big cashier with frizzy dyed red hair. I come here all the time so I know what prices are and what I’m looking for. I typically come here for makeup or skincare. I’ve gotten great finds before like new Victoria secret perfume and a baby bliss hair straightener. So this cashier watched me look in the makeup bins and pick out my items. The sign says 6 for 10. When I get at the counter with my items, she already had an attitude slamming the stuff together. She takes my lashes out and says this doesn’t count. Mind you it was in the bins. Takes my nail polish and says this doesn’t count either it’s a dollar. Okay. And then points to the cover girl primer and says that isn’t makeup so that doesn’t count either. Since when is primer not makeup and it literally says cover girl. Uh hello ? But the attitude from the jump already annoyed me so I said okay. I won’t get that and I’ll get my three other items. I call the store when I leave because what was that. The owner says he can review cameras and make sure I picked the right items but also raised his voice at me because I’m assuming he didn’t like my tone even though I never raised my voice or cursed at him. Train your cashiers better or make clear signage.
