Central Bark gets an A++, 💯 from me! I learned of Central Bark this summer from a coworker's mom, and couldn't be happier with my experiences here. As a first time pet parent, I was so nervous about finding a facility I could trust to give my fur-baby Regina-Joy quality care while I'm at work.

When I toured the Madeira location to see if it'd be the right fit for us, right away I noticed the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. That same week I brought Regina to try out the free 🐶"Puppy Hour" on Saturdays, which successfully started her socialization journey. She even has another puppy bestie now! Lol 🤭😂

Recently, we've started using the grooming services as well, and I've so loved the convenience of it!

I am so thankful to know I am bringing my girl to place where she is known, loved, and cared for. It's evident that Clark & the entire team : Steven, Josh, Gabby, Danielle, Abby, etc. ( I wish I knew everyone's names) do their work with a whole lot of love and care a great deal for my Regina, and the other dogs entrusted to their care. ❤️🐕

Five Paws Up for Central Bark in Madeira! From the moment Ginger and I walked through the door at Central Bark, we were treated like royalty. The front desk check-in felt more like arriving at a five-star hotel – the hospitality was truly outstanding. I especially appreciated the personalized one-on-one meeting with the groomer. It was fantastic to be able to discuss exactly how I wanted Ginger, my Golden Retriever, to be groomed and bathed. This level of care and attention to detail instilled a sense of trust and professionalism that is truly top-notch. When I picked up Ginger, I was absolutely thrilled. She looked incredibly happy, sparkling clean, and so well taken care of. Carol and Lecture did an absolutely phenomenal grooming job on April 22nd – hands down the best cut and bath Ginger has had in the 3.5 years we've had her! We will 100% be returning to Central Bark in Madeira and wholeheartedly recommend their services to every dog owner. Central Bark is INCREDIBLE and has been a true game changer for our puppy! The staff is amazing, could not be kinder and are so knowledgable -- it is apparent they love what they do! Our 8-month-old puppy has started going to Enrichment Day Care once a week and he gets SO excited when we drop him off. During his first day of daycare, we received pictures and updates letting us know how he was doing! And then following his first day, we received a full detailed write up about how he did. We've even received printed out pictures of the fun he has been having during the day at pick up, and stories about the friends he made. The Central Bark lobby is also filled with amazing merchandise -- I was looking for some new bones to help aid the puppy chewing phase, and the staff was eager to help and gave me great recommendations. Our puppy has also stayed for an overnight at Central Bark and it was wonderful!!! Truly cannot say enough good things about this amazing business. They truly treat your dog...
