Called to see if they sold Tri Tip...which is a specific cut that most places in the area don't have. Was pleasantly surprised when the answer was yes. They even trimmed the fat cap off for me on the ones I selected from their large selection upon request. The friendly owners/staff went above and beyond and the beef was top quality and turned out wonderfully at our weekend bbq. I highly recommend this place and it's well worth the drive out to their location. Businesses like this should be cherished and we will only buy our meat from this place from now on.
