Franklin Hills Memory Gardens — Local services in Madison Township

This the absolute worst place in the world to have your loved one buried. I have never experienced the kind of disrespect that was shown towards my beautiful sister Tiffany Anne Grim. My sister passed April 24th 2021. My mom and Dad decided to have her buried at franklin hills. They took every bit of my sisters flowers from her grave. She had a black metal shards hook for a wreath placed at her head. They removed it and through it away. Mind you they have not placed my sisters marker yet so essentially there is no marker that even shows a shred of my sister. So basically my sister is in an unmarked grave. If I could give negative stars I would give this place a negative 1 million stars. I have NEVER SEEN THIS AMOUNT OF DISREGARD FOR SOMEONE'S LOVED ONE OR FOR THE FAMILY OF...

They claimed I didn't qualify for a payment plan because I didn't pay enough to qualify. I had to go in to have them search for the check they apparently forgot to add to their paperwork. They have told family members that called asking about payments that payments had been missed when I had it on auto pay and never missed a single payment. Then, I paid off my mom's grave marker in November and was told it would be there in 16-18 weeks and I didn't have to do anything else. I called today in March and they claimed that that no one ever called it in and they never ordered it. Corporate blames the cemetery and the cemetery blames corporate. They kept telling me they understand my frustration but it would be 18-20 weeks because they are backed up. No answers or...

Even though this is not really a business that you really want to go to, eventually you must. Lance Hanners is who we dealt with and under the circumstances he was very professional and understanding. He showed us where the plot was before the burial. When we had to go back to finish filling out the paperwork after the burial a few weeks later, Lance helped us understand everything that was put in place by the family member who passed. We left fully understanding what need to be done to be able to put a marker down without the extra burden of cost. Special shout out to Lance for fixing something broken on a family member's marker.
