First in 2021 my brand new mower developed an oil leak, after calling Sam to let him know he got in his truck and came to my home to repair. This was at ~7pm and I appreciated the customer service. Second there was a recall on the same mower, Sam came out and completed the service. Third I was having an issue with my Stihl edger and brought it in for service. I am VERY pleased with Mid-Ohio Gravely’s service department. They correctly diagnosed and repaired a simple $120 problem with my 2013 Hustler FasTrak after another dealer had told me my right side hydraulic pump was going bad @$1800 plus labor to replace.
