Let me begin by saying this is my first encounter with this company, and Stephanie at Goats Trail Off-Road personally saved my New Year’s Eve trip. I ordered the Sak-It Off Road Trash Bag and a couple of hoodies for an upcoming trip with a bunch of our friends. Everyone that has a side-by-side and rides for multiple days knows you accumulate a lot of trash. Being able to place the trash in a receptacle without taking up precious real estate in a RZR is vital. Initially what impressed me was that she answered the phone on the second ring, after business hours mind you, with a kind and helpful attitude. I was taken aback enough I had to actually ensure I was speaking with a real person. She listened to my issue and took my order to Fed Ex the following morning to ensure it arrived before my trip occurred. I had been looking for years for off-road apparel and could never find a company with so many great choices, let alone one that looked reliable enough to buy from. Goats Trail solved all of that and has everything I am looking for. I have been shopping at Goats Trail for 2 years now and still have not found a company like this one! The designs are always so well done, with new prints regularly, and the clothing the designs are printed on is comfy and great fitting. Their customer service goes above and beyond, receiving a handwritten note with each purchase, and shipping is insanely quick. What an amazing shop!!! I am so so so happy I found them. Their shirt was an original design and so spot-on for my husband’s off-road/Jeep personality AND they had a hard to find size for me. Custom is usually the only way to go. I have to admit that I didn’t even open the package when it came - I just wrapped it up for under the tree. When he opened it, I could see the great quality, personal note and they even included a duck - he got “ducked” when he opened his gift. It was a total hit!
