Andrew and the team at Kerf & Burled are awesome. I needed a table for an office conference room, and with a few discussions we came up with an ideal concept. The team executed perfectly on the idea and delivered the table below with the black epoxy section. I loved it. After about 3-4 months in the dry office environment with a large window providing direct sunlight, the table cupped (warped) and the surface was too uneven. I reached out to Andrew and sent a picture or two, and his FIRST response was, "We will get it fixed up for you, no problem." They picked up the slab in a few days and made a completely new table at no cost. As you can see, it is also beautiful. We couldn't save the first table slab, but it was too beautiful to waste, so we were able to repurpose a section of it into an entryway table that I needed anyway. With the kind of customer service I received, I will definitely be a return...

Working with Andrew at Kerf & Burled was an incredible experience. I commissioned a custom mixed-media artwork of the state of Texas as a gift for my husband, and the entire process was seamless—even though I’m in Virginia and Andrew is in North Carolina. We collaborated on size, finishes, and design details through photos and phone calls, and he brought it all to life with amazing skill.

The finished piece is absolutely stunning. It’s become a centerpiece in our home, and I don’t think anyone has visited without commenting on it. The quality of the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the creativity in the design are unmatched. My husband still considers it one of his favorite gifts.
