I love stopping in at this little country store IGA.their store is always clean they have a lot of beautiful antiques around the top area of their store and most of their items or conveniently easy to find their deli is great. Their customer service is top notch. They always run really good sales. And they also have good meats in their meat department, they have their own butchery also. The Country Store (an IGA) is a wonderful grocery store, and by far the cleanest and safest in Boone County. They have everything you would need and and it's spotless inside. The folksy old school stuff on the walls is a real treat too. Great staff. This is a rural grocery store. Prices are a bit higher than larger chains but they do have deals and sales and why drive to Charleston to shop and spend that money on gas versus just shopping here. Beautiful little store, has most the stuff u need. Rated 3 stars bc when I stopped by yesterday there was alot of condiments that were expired. Like marzetti ranch dressing near the lettuce and the miracle whip was 2 months old. Hopefully the store looks at that and takes them off the shelf immediately. Gave u a hint.
