I bought our Polaris Ranger from them in 2019 and had a great experience. Unfortunately, when we decided to buy a hay mower, we haven’t had even a good one. The hay mower was bought in April 2020 and has been back to Cole Tractor three times. The second time they kept it for over 3 weeks, and it was still broken when we arrived after they called to tell us that it was ready. Don’t expect much from the servicing and parts department because they don’t know how to service the New Holland equipment that they sell. They have to call and schedule a technician, order the parts, then wait for when the parts and technician are available. We ended up driving to Royce Windham Tractor in Forest which had the parts in stock to fix the mower. We won’t be back for any of our New Holland needs...
