Campgaw Mountain — Local services in Mahwah

I waited over 2 hours in line just to get my rentals, when I finally got inside the cabin to try on the equipment they didn't have enough equipment for everyone although they already happily got our money for it. They even said poles aren't recommended for beginners just because they didn't have it there and they didn't want to say so at first. The skiing itself was great but everything involving the staff was horrible. Rude staff and awfully unorganized....

Complete chaos. Overcrowded and overpriced. Get there at least an hour before your scheduled time. Be prepared to fight because people will try to cut lines and there’s no one there to control or keep people from doing it. Very disappointed with this place.
