EDIT below post. Well, I will finally post my experience so that people know this place is not all mostly 5 star experiences. The reason I got my car tinted here was because one it was very close to me and two because of the good reviews. Well, my experience wasn't the same as most here and showed me the type of people they are. Yes, they seem like very nice and honorable people when everything is good, but I guarantee you that if you end up with a problem that would involve them putting out money, it won't be the same experience. I paid 650 for a ceramic tint job on special BTW, which was the most I've ever paid for a tint job, which also ended being the worst tint job I ever got. I had to bring the car in the very next day for a re tint because the driver side window was full of lint under the tint. The rear passenger window tint wasn't even aligned and had a big gap on it. Finally, the main rear window was full of air bubbles. They offered me two options. #1 Wait until they ordered the window tint again, which would have been a few days. #2 Leave the car so that when the window tinter was done so that he can manually tint the car like the way tints were done back in the day by cutting them to size. I went with option two since I figured well, a professional shop window tinter should already know how to tint manually. I got the car, and the tint job looked much better. I was happy until winter came around and noticed my rear defrost wasn't working. I took it to the Mercedes dealer, and they told me that whoever tinted my rear main glass cut my heater grid. I took the car back to them to see if they would own up and fix this mistake and go figure nope. The only thing they offered was to re tint my window after I got the rear window replacedš”. Having to pay for a mistake they made and then thought I would take my car back to them to risk the mistake again was crazy. I would never take any cars to this place ever again and have found a new, much better, more honorable shop. My car was a metallic brown Mercedes E550, so the shop owner remembers after reading this. A picture of the car for memory lane as well. Edit: It would be convenient for me to have mistaken your shop but one thing is for certain, nobody forgets the place they had a bad experience. Proof is posted. I keep receipts. All you offered me was a business card for a glass replacement guy and to tint my rear main glass after I got it replaced. I just took the loss and left it like that. A true honest and good business owner would have owned up to their mistake and took care of it. Also, the dates are a little apart because nobody uses a rear defrost in the summer time so it wasn't until there was actually frost on the rear glass and went to use the car, that I noticed something was wrong and got it checked. Regardless of the fact, you guys messed up and would not own up to it. My advice to anyone who gets tint work from them is to verify your rear defrost works because if they cut the tint, there's a possibility they cut the grid. Also, check for bubbles and debris under the tint and get it fixed before it cures. I know nothing will come out of this, but at least it serves as a warning for others of how nice they can be while taking your money and business but not when...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI reached out to ECC via their website and was quickly put in touch with Brandi via text message which was great. Brandi was absolutely fantastic! She answered all of my questions via text and helped me set up an appointment. She even keep me up to date of openings when they had cancellations. Unfortunately none of them fit my schedule but it was worth the wait to get the work done by ECC. When I arrived 10 minutes early they were ready for me and despite having answered all my questions via text when setting up the appointment Brandi took the time to show me various options of window tint that were in the parking lot so that I could make a better decision. She answered all my questions patiently and professionally. I really appreciated the time she took to help me make the best decision. As a result I got exactly what I wanted. The installation was quick and I was in and out in about an hour. It looks fantastic and obviously professionally applied. They gave me clear instructions on what to do and not to as the tint cures. I highly recommend ECC for window tint. While I was waiting I saw how one of the other team members interacting with a customer that came in asking about remote start and CarPlay. The ECC employee was thorough and professional in explaining all the options. Itās clear the ECC team values a good customer experience....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBen the owner is the Da vinci of car audio. He took time to explain everything in advance, had some creative idea's and really takes pride in his work. He took me into the shop and showed me actual examples of his work and you could see nothing leaves unless he is satisfied that it would meet his standard which is excellence. I was impressed enough to have him wire (2) 12 inch subs, new speakers throughout my Infiniti QX56, remote start, JL audio summing device, JL audio DSP clean sweep, etc. When it was done I almost enjoy having people look under the front seats as much as showing off the sound quality. Very clean and professional appearance. Wires hidden and no trace of any dirt or debris from the install. He was honest enough to tell me the doors needed less Dynamat than initially thought bringing the cost down $100. I will be having my windows tinted and my street rod worked on through Elite Car Customs. There is no better choice...
