Martin's Produce — Local services in Maidencreek Township

What a delight! We were on the lookout for some fresh food and roadside stands and I'm so glad we made the quick turn into this one! The selection was outstanding and we brought home several goodies back to Indiana in addition to what we got fresh. I haven't smelled fresh strawberries in DECADES but could smell these little beauties, it was so delightful. The blueberries were picked fresh also and I brought back some noodles for my family. My travel buddy delighted in the fresh salad ingredients and chatted with the ladies running the stand while I went up and down the numerous aisles. The pickles were fantastic! While I had previously had a disappointing experience with a northeastern Whoopie Pie on a previous trip, I tried one of theirs and was sold! The cookies were so fresh they crumbled and the cream was not too sweet but added an interesting dimension to the cookie sandwich....

Always awesome! This time I was very saddend to buy an entire dozen of local corn and none of it was good. Tons of missing rows of kernels I think it was picked way to early! But the rest of our goods got us thru the 4th Holiday just no corn on the cob this year 😢 8/9/22 So apparently this is a bigger issue than just local.....We are down the beach and bought local corn and the same problem.... maybe issues on...

We love this little produce market. Their cherry tomatoes are super sweet and delicious. They have premium produce and a section with what they call seconds (less than perfect) that are seriously reduced in price. Their seconds are better than most grocery store's regular produce.
