I havenāt had frozen yogurt in quite a while, but about 10 years ago I had it all the time. At the chance to get froyo last night I was so ready. I was very satisfied with the choices. They were unique and delicious. Each flavor is available in a mix of two making a new combo, for example peach + cake batter were available separately, but together they were peach cobbler. I chose peach cobbler and salted caramel pretzel and was not disappointed. The amount of toppings was perfect, they had common toppings and unique ones as well. I had peach rings, strawberries, mango and marshmallow topping. The facility could not be cleaner, the employee went out immediately after a few huge groups left and cleaned everything up. The only problem I encountered in the outdoor seating area was a broken chair with a rusted part that scraped my thigh when sitting down. My only true complaint was that it was very busy and after selecting our frozen yogurt everyone had to wait and the frozen yogurt was melting while waiting. That was because you have to rely on the employees to put on your toppings. However, that canāt really be helped. I understand since Covid and for cost purposes you canāt really put on your own toppings. Canāt wait to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped by this frozen yogurt shop recently, and it was honestly a really disappointing experience. The managers were extremely rude and unprofessional ā they were yelling at the younger employees right in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary.
The store itself was not clean at all. The bathroom was dirty, the counters were sticky, and the whole place just felt messy and unorganized. Even the frozen yogurt wasnāt good ā the texture and flavor were off, like the machines hadnāt been cleaned properly.
Overall, the shop seemed very poorly run and not taken care of. Between the bad management, lack of cleanliness, and low-quality yogurt, I wouldnāt recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFrozen yogurt shops are a commodity - all pretty much the same. That said, there are a few ways that Yogli Mogli lags behind others. They charge the full weight of the cup, rather than using the net weight of the contents excluding the weight of the empty cup. The toppings are served by the staff, and they have a heavy hand leading to a more expensive cup than desired. And, the frozen yogurt itself was too soft and even slightly runny on some machines. They also don't offer sample cups. The price is typical (65Ā¢/oz) if not perhaps slightly lower than average, but the experience could...
