Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Malakoff

Was great when they opened with a great manager. Last 3 times we purchased feed, I noticed the receipt was quite a bit higher than any other TSC we visit. Found out some of their feed is $.50 - $9.00 more per bag, starting with Farm Animal Feed to Dog Food. When you buy a pallet or two of feed at a time, that makes a HUGE difference. All of their prices are higher than Mabank, Athens, and Corsicana. I was told the delivery for their feed is higher priced. Clearly they need to renegotiate that if they are having to charge your clients so much more for feed (everything in the store is higher). I won't be purchasing here again, unless their prices reflect the 3 other TSC stores...

We went in there to purchase cat litter on clearance rack

Manager she had rudist attitude. She said it's not onclearance and that's where they put few overstock. She's very unprofessional. She has lost our business. If any items are not clearance makes sense not to put where clearance items at. Putitems back in back room as over stock. If brand of item is changing to different style like box to tub go ahead clearance that out. There was only two. Aleast mark it down to $12.99...

I called around 9:00 on a Saturday morning to find out if this store had any baby chicks. I spoke with Erik who was SO helpful and friendly! He walked back to their chicks area while I was on the phone with him, and told me what all they had. Hubs and I went in about an hour later. Cass helped us in-store; she was very upbeat.
