If I could give zero stars I would. First, the location is not Bremerton that's okay. I wanted custom hankerchiefs done for my bridesmaids and let her know they would all have different quotes on them. I was told they could do them. That the price was usually $8.00 but she would do it for $7.50. The location is deep Port Orchard and when I got there the lady had me sit down we went over everything. She had me email the quotes I wanted to be written on them. She confirmed that she got the email later the same day and then 12 days later I was told that there was a problem. That the quotes were too long and the price would now be $17.00 or I could come up with something else to write. I asked for clarification and Diane was very unprofessional and extremely rude. She let me know that she didn't care if she was going to do them or not. That was completely obvious by the way she was talking to me. I wasted 12 days. If she had reviewed the email I could have been working on different things to say. I am more then happy to pay what is needed and fair but I don't think she handled the situation professionally at all. Reviewing someone's order should be routine and not pushed aside for 12 days and then be extremely rude to your customer because you failed to review an email. To add $200 dollars to a price and not letting the customer know right away is an extremely inconsiderate thing to do. I would never reccomend this...
