On our prearranged delivery date, Charlie set out at 3:00 in the morning in a blinding snowstorm and drove more than half of the seven-hour drive across the state in a half a foot of snow. Talk about commitment and determination! AND he arrived at the exact time he said he would days earlier before snow had been forecast. After all the work we'd done together by email, text and phone, meeting Charlie in our driveway was like welcoming home a long-awaited family member. I ordered approximately $24000 worth of Rustic Aspen Log Furniture for my lodge near Yellowstone in March of 2015 for a mid May delivery. I was assured there would be no problem by owner Charles. By late May I was in a panic as we'd sold all the old furniture in anticipation of the new arriving. When Charles did finally arrive in late May he had only a part of the order so my rooms only got part of their furniture! and peak season was a week away. He assured me he'd return with the rest by 6-7 as he had another delivery to bring at same time. He finally showed with the remainder of our furniture on 7-4!!!!!!!!!! that's right on July 4th weekend. I was pissed to say the least. Had a hard time shaking his hand when he left as I'd already been given some bad reviews for missing night stands and desk chairs and stools. The furniture quality is great but the service was lousy. Make sure you have a tighter agreement than I had if you deal with Charles. I've made a lot of deals over the yrs with a hand shake and have rarely had a problem but I finally got stuck trusting...

I purchased a massive aspen log bed from Charles Brannon at Rustic Aspen Furniture. Charles agreed to deliver and set up the bed free of charge. I had plenty of help lined up because the bed was so large and heavy. We had to take the bed up the stairs to the bedroom. The bed was so large Charles had to take it apart to get it up the stairs. Charles had this can do attitude and set up the bed once we got it upstairs. The bed is the most beautiful aspen bed I have ever seen. I had looked over many aspen log beds in retail furniture stores, and Charles price for this bed was half what I would have paid elsewhere, and better quality.
