I purchased all my appliances, and then a couch. I had a living room set paid for, but it was taking forever to come in. So, I found a simple couch in similar color. Dave said he would give me a deal, in fact he did not. Then less than 2 months.. there was complete breakdown in cushions, pilling on the arms, the stitching was just crooked from factory, and the ‘fabric protection’ I was charged for must not have been effective as there were spots from delivery😡 I contemplated calling before the cushions broke down, but that was my fault. Customer service was very good. Bought a mattress which began sinking within a few months. Since there was a warranty, I was able to return it for another (this took some time). By luck, I was able to exchange it for another just like it. Most mattress stores will not take it back unless the dip in the mattress is extreme. I did receive another mattress (the exact brand) and it started to do the same thing. I just kept it because I didn't want to go through the hassle again. Although I am not at all satisfied with the mattress I purchased; the service provided was excellent. My sibling bought a mattress also, different make and that mattress was worse than mine. The customer service is outstanding. We had bought a lift chair with a 5 year warranty, and it broke after one year. The manufacturer had filed for bankruptcy. Jeff and the crew spend significant time (I am talking 2 weeks) and effort trying to contact reps for the company to see if the parts to repair the chair could be found. Unfortunately they had no luck. Jeff then offered us a new chair at a price that I believe was lower than cost. They were under no obligation to do so.
