Grew up here my whole life I bought a trailer in the park 8 years ago,and it was a great affordable place when i purchased.... I had to leave lakeshore management is a joke very sloppy with paper work ,and make many mistakes. Such as billing me for lot rent i've been moved out of the park. they are from out of state ,and are out of touch with the residents. We(the residents)are leaving as quickly as possible. They will raise rent on everyone every year, atleast they have ever year since they took over which doubled the lot rent essentially over the last three years. I would not recommend moving into a trailer for rent of buying from them....

Lakeshore management is horrible. Maintenance on the park has somehow gotten worse. They didn't even know to turn on heat tape for the new trailers last winter. I wish the old owners were still in charge. Plus Lakeshore Management has multiple class action lawsuits open against them for price hiking, consulting with other park management companies to raise prices across the country, and for their ridiculous new and illegal lease they tried to make everyone sign. Ask Northfield, MN about lakeshore management. I would give 0 stars if i could. Would not recommend. A lot of the residents in the park are nice though, and especially...

Manager or maintenance personnel needs to learn how to plow snow on streets and plow the snow sidewalk in front of the trailer park. To provide a safe place to walk for children that have walk to school on mild temperatures. Instead of walking on the Hoffman Road to stoplight for the cross walk going to Mankato East High School. What is going to take for them to do their job. Someone getting hit a by car because they have walk in the street. Because they are to lazy...
