From the phone call alone I could tell that Chase was friendly, warm, and professional. We used 1-800 Got Junk (as seen on tv) to help remove our stuff for moving out. It was such a luxury experience for something like junk removal! I highly recommend their service and I am glad to learn that they are mostly in every state. Chase and Matthew showed up on time and with cheerful attitudes. They beamed with friendliness and professionalism, which to me is the golden standard for any type of customer service. I learned that 1-800 Got Junk will actually sort through your belongings in order to salvage anything that can be given to charity and I just love that! What they stand for suites me as a homeowner and consumer who accumulates junk, loves thrifting, and donates routinely to friends and second-hand stores. They also bought us complimentary sodas which was awesome because with moving out, the fridge is practically empty. When they thought they knocked a door-hinge out of place they owned up to it immediately and accommodated us with the final price! Pretty amazing integrity right there.
