I live in FL but found the exact bedroom set for my daughter that I was looking for at Baker. While the set was available from some strictly-online retailers, I wanted to order from a brick & mortar to ensure we had recourse in case something went awry with the order. Before ordering, I texted with Daniel (very friendly & responsive) and he sent me photos of the set and advised on the quality of the brand we were considering. Once I placed the order, he confirmed receipt immediately and was able to advise on shipping time. Despite a small delay in shipping, Daniel advised the updated shipping time. My wife and I are nurses. We are doing our own home remodel to save money. We found this store online. At first I was very worried because online large purchases are scary and too many times a scam, so I called and spoke with Daniel the owner. Still worried I drove to Venus Texas. They have a nice showroom in a very nice neighborhood. Daniel is awesome.patient and kind. My wife and I were so impressed with the styles he had in the store we furnished the new addition to our home there. I live in Minnesota and recently purchased a dining set at a local furniture store on clearance. They were unable to order me additional chairs to match the set and I really wanted two more! After some googling, I found the chairs I was looking for at the Baker Home Furniture store website. I have never heard of, or been to the Baker Home Furniture store. I have never even been to Texas!
