FamilyTime Mansfield — Local services in Mansfield

I have been looking for a space to have my mother and nieces birthday. I saw Family Time while riding with my husband one day so I took a picture of the sign and said I would look it up when I got home. Once I pulled up the website I realized that it was the same place I had been seeing on Facebook. I called to see about scheduling a time to go and take a tour. I spoke with Jaye and not only was she very informative but she said that I could come in right away (without an appointment) and take a tour. My husband and I went to tour the space and I fell in love. It was better than I expected. It is the perfect size for my event and it even has a arcade room (that can be rented) to keep the little children entertained. My 4 and 7 year old love this place. We've gone twice already and so cool to have something close by in Mansfield. We usually travel across town for places like this. Management and staff are friendly. They also rent bounce houses and have a waterslide. We rented from them for my son's birthday and had a great and timely experience.

Update: I am updating my review to 3 stars instead of 5. I was blown off twice while trying to book a bounce house for my son this month. I emailed once from their "contact us" page and never received feedback. I also called and spoke with the manager/owner and gave her all my party info and needs. Celebrated my daughter’s second birthday today (1/15/2022)! The owners are super nice and very accommodating! I did the 16 kid party that comes with pizza for all of the kids. I was able to use the large room that has the play area, bounce houses (2), arcade games, and even a speaker for music. There is a restroom and a tiny kitchen too. And they have tables and chairs in case you need more for your event. Overall, my family and friends had a great time at this venue & I would highly recommend it.
