Mansfield General Store — Local services in Mansfield

I've visited here since I was was little, and I still make sure to stop by one every couple of months when I can. The owners, Susie and Terry, and incredibly kind and friendly and the store is decorated to take you back to the past. Yummy quick snacks (I recommend the bosco sticks) and good ice cream. They stock exactly what a general store is supposed to have... General stuff. With the exeptions of some antiques, an array of movie posters, and a DVD balcony. Cute place....

Stop here and chat with the proprietor. Lots of history. Very eclectic selection of goods. Nothing terribly expensive or rare. It's just fun to walk on floors that have creaked for generations. You might find something fun or silly or interesting to buy as a souvenir. Or maybe you feel like some ice cream or an old fashioned soda. Neither grand nor humble, just...
