The Richland County Fair has turned into a HUGE disappointment. We arrived a little after 0800 on Tuesday, Aug 07. I had a friend with me from Missouri & was looking forward to show off the fair. Our plan was to tour the buildings & barns to look at animals & exhibits. We are older, don't get around as well as we use to. We aren't interested in the midway food & rides. We could see what we wanted before the crowds & the heat. To our dismay none of the exhibit halls were open. REALLY? Luckily is was free admission day. My past pleasant memories of the Richland County fair will remain...

We left shortly thereafter, kind of ruined the night for us. Be...
