I've used Schmidt Security as my preferred business security provider for almost 4 years. I'm very satisfied with my services and Schmidt security is very affordable. Any issues (which are few to none) are dealt with by a professional employee over the phone, not a ridiculous automated computer that after 20 minutes finally rerouts your call to someone in Bengladesh. Thankfully I've never needed my security system to stop/deter a theft or break in but with a few accidental triggers of the alarm I've found the response from the monitoring service to be more than adequate and professional. I also like the fact that I'm able to remotely control and monitor my system via any mobile device. With email alerts and 24 access to my system it adds that much more peace of mind. This has been an excellent experience from the get go. Emily Brown came out to our house and after a walk thorough and provided us with a plan to keep our home and family safe and secure. She had a reasonable quote to us by the next day.

Within a week of Emily's quote, Arron and Kyle notified us and installed the security system. They went over everything and helped us set the system up so we can easily access it through our phones and or computer as well as an indoor touchpad. They were neat and left no mess and they wore foot coverings each time they came indoors.
