Have been waiting over a week for a return call about replacement parts. So much for customer service, guess they couldn’t care less that there is a defect in their product! But rest assured I will never ever purchase another one of their products. I feel the least they could do is return a phone call so that we could, I don’t know, possibly order a replacement part! I am sure that they will use COVID-19 as an excuse for not even having someone answering emails or phone calls for customer service. Our repair man said from what he could see on the website is that the part that broke has a lifetime guarantee on it. But I guess we will never know because they don’t see fit to return...
Read moreWe made a substantial purchase of several pieces (large sectional, large ottoman, two high end recliners). The large ottoman has an issue with not holding up, a large indention/sagging has developed across the top, even though it has only been sat on a dozen times at most. The pieces are in a room that we rarely use, as can be evidenced by the sectional still looking brand new and even the fabric on the ottoman still looking new as well. Because the warranty by the manufacturer (Jackson Furniture) has expired they will not even discuss the issue with the defective furniture. But this brand at your own risk. Really...
