On 8/6/24 at approximately 9:20AM we had a run in with the infamous “Sheila” (check the 1 star review from Sariah a year ago).
Sheila is a miserable excuse of a customer service representative. She has the privilege to work in a beautiful national park but spreads hateful disgust on unsuspecting customers. Sheila purposely overcharged us $19 for an item that was clearly marked “$5.00” with a fluorescent orange sticker. When asked for a bag for the 4 items purchased she disgustedly said “I don’t have one that fits that”, referring to just one of the four items. Not one of the items would’ve fit in my pockets, was I supposed to use my shirt to carry all the items out?! When we asked for a receipt after noticing the overcharge she said a very ugly “really?!” When we looked at the receipt she admitted to discounting a clearly marked 75% off clearance item by only 5% even though we purchased 2 and she managed to discount one correctly. Sheila is a spiteful, miserable person who clearly hates her job and instead of changing jobs, she spills her toxic misery on innocent customers without remorse. Sheila is a gross stain on the beautiful location that is Chisos Mountain Lodge and Big Bend National Park.
Aramark could not have hired a worse person to work in customer service and wear a uniform with their company’s name on it, than this horrendous, heinous, miserable human named “Sheila”. Please help Sheila find her purpose by setting her free into the world and not allowing her in or near this store or any other as...

An older woman named Sheila (or at least that is the name on my receipt) was snide and rude to me and to my family who checked out afterwards. She clearly didn’t like children, glowering at them when one asked her a question and making comments about children being in the store. Prior to me checking out, she was also rude to my sister in law and nephew. If I had known, I would have walked out as well and spent my money on overpriced...
