Maple Grove Sports Dome — Local services in Maple Grove

Dome attendant was horribly disrespectful to my daughter and I!!! The lady who was at the dome when my 4yr old was suppose to be practicing was probably one of the rudest people I have come in contact with in a long time. Treating me as if I did not belong there when I was warming up with my daughter 2 minutes before practice started. She then proceeded to follow us inside when we entered (after waiting 2 minutes), and watched us pass the ball on the sidelines and said "This is your 2nd strike!" because we were not on the field but on the sidelines. -Keep in the dome was not busy or crowded at all at this time. As she kept an eye on me, I decided to ask her for her managers number to complain, which she gladly gave it to me. In the middle of the practice she came up to me and said "I hope you call her! We have cameras all over this place watching you!" As if I was doing something incriminating.

Worst experience for a sporting facility. The rules here are more strict than any other facility in the area and the person working in the office loves to enforce the rules. During our U11 game, she walked over to the opposing teams coach and stood next to him until he took down the bench for his players because there are no chairs allowed in the dome. I love this place for getting my walk in. Especially in the winter when it's too cold to walk outside I can walk inside the dome. 4.8 times around the track is a mile. They have sports practices and soccer games going on inside the field area, which I don't know anything about how that is scheduled, but it's fun to watch as I'm walking around on the track.
