Roy is an absolute lair. Found his business on site called Offer Up . First off he sold me a broken fridge, an after 4 months he still has not delivered me a replacement fridge. Went to his store 11/25/17 for a meet and great he offers no apologies for his behavior, since the summer I have lost 200.00 worth of food. He sets appointments for delivery which is 11/26/17 and never shows up and there is always an excuse my truck broke my phone lines not working the reason he won't answer phone, this latest one is looking you in your eye promising to deliver. Its like you try to support black owned business and this is what you get. I never make reports on people. But when it comes to my family feeding them and cash that I paid in full I have a problem with poor treatment as you walk around with my money and I have nothing to show for it. I would never advise anyone to shop here in life there are things call PRINCIPLES. What upsets me the most is he just flat out lies. How I was raised you don't treat people like that especially a paying customer. What you put out into the universe will be received that's what I love about Karma. Royboy2 do not follow on Offer Up. So sad it had to come to this. Please treat people better and start with honesty it's truly the best policy....

Terrible experience. Bought a Kenmore french door refrigerator. Delivered 3 days after promised in a rickety old truck that was too short for the refrigerator to stand upright - had it leaned over against the side of the truck at a 45 degree angle and strapped down. Was definitely even more scratched and dented than when I looked at it in the store. Had to help the guy unload it and let him use my tools to connect the water line. Ice maker stopped producing within 1 month of purchase and freezer wouldn't go below 40 degrees F in another month. After 1 no-call-no-show for service, I finally got someone to come out and look at it after posting a bad review on their Facebook page (which they promptly deleted). Serviceman recharged the freon and added a sealant (which I have been told has been illegal for 8 years by EPA regulation by a local repair shop who refused to work on it). Again, 1 month later ice production halted. Was told a serviceman would come out the following Saturday - again a no-call-no-show. Another month later the freezer is at 40 degrees F. I texted and called again and was told they would call me back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later I texted again and got a reply that they would call back in 10 minutes. 17 hours later...

Awful place to buy appliances. Their prices are good, but you get what you pay for.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite washer and dryer set here less than a year ago. The employees were very nice but good luck ever getting a hold of them on the phone or leaving a message in the full voicemail box.

To start, they completely forgot my original delivery date. They made it right, the delivery guys were very nice but I did have to jump-start their broken down truck so they could leave my driveway.

Less than 1 month later the solenoid on the washing machine stopped working, so it would not fill. They have a 90 day warranty, but it took me more than a week of trying to get someone to answer the phone. They came out and fixed the issue. 3 months later, after the warranty expired, the dryer stopped heating up. On my own to pay for the repair. Now the knob on the washing machine will no longer engage the cycle. By the time I'm done paying for all these repairs I might as well have bought new appliances.
