I have been a regular customer of Schwan's for many year and we buy about $200 a month food from them. I have a complaint about their communication with their customers. This is the second time when our order was not delivered on the day it was suppose to be delivered. Our daughter was waiting for the order because they were leaving for camping. Well it never came. I would think that any company would have communicated with their customer to let them know they were not delivering on the day it was suppose to be. Gee our trash collector always notifies us if they are not coming for pickup on the day. Then you call the company and it says you have a wait until 25 minutes and its a hour and a half wait for them to pick up your call. Truly disgusted with your respect for your customers. ...

We contacted customer service by phone we had a charge on our account but they have no invoice of a sale. I also email them in which the email didn’t go through. Therefore, I screen shot the email site and wrote them a note with it. Customer service has been very reluctant to correct the wrong. We are no longer going to be customers.
