I WONT be returning to this location after the service we received today! I called from my way home from work to inquire about a promotion, gave them my phone number to look up my account. The lady said she'll call me back. 20 mins later, no call, so we stopped in.

The man was EXTREMELY rude when I asked how the promo works. We would have to change our plan (which is grandfathered in and was told a while ago how good our plan was and to don't get rid of it). Place is a joke! No management! Inexperienced staff!. I have been there 3 times trying to set up a buisness line. First day was told there wasnt enough time to set it up that day...it was 5pm they close at 7pm. Told to come back the next day. Next day was told they didnt have the phone I wanted. Very disappointed as I bought a prepaid phone. Didn't like the phone so returned it the next day and then had to pay a 75.00 restock fee. I was not told there was a fee when I bought the phone.
