Despite arriving well ahead of my scheduled 9:00 AM appointment, having checked in at 7:40 AM, I found myself waiting until 2:30 PM without being unloaded. This prolonged waiting period suggests a disregard for appointment commitments, leading to frustration. 10pm appt. Checked in at 8:15pm, all docks empty at the time. Checked in with pickup # starting with letter P. Easy process. Nice older woman. Got dock 50 . Don't back to dock completely leave enough space to open doors they check to see if its clean. Better be clean. Overnight parking across from docks. 35 degrees for reefer. 5/1/25 very nice staff. Has some overnight parking. Park to left, check in, back into dock, slide tandems, they will come out & check temp before you back in. They also come back out when done so you can pull forward & they can seal doors. Go get paperwork and then done. I arrived at 1208 for a 2000 appointment. Was dock by 1415 and fone at 1524.
