We caught each other on a bad day, their website was being worked on and they were preparing for their opening of the second location and I was just busy and tired. I left a message about the challenges with the website and the manager called me back anyway and left a message to let me know she was sorry about the confusions and would be happy to help me. I took a chance and returned the call and She was very helpful and pleasant and I will be doing business with them very soon as I am moving from...

This is the best storage facility I have rented. It is small, gated with 24/7/365 access, well lit and monitored by surveillance cameras so you know your stuff is safe. The rates are comparable to other facilities but the "features" make it stand out. Great location right on 281 so it is less likely some shady people will be lurking around and its easier to access than going down some...
