Let's Hibachi and Chef Nosiah helped make for probably the most fun birthday party I've ever had.

The company was very communicative of requirements and all of the details we needed leading up to the day of the party. Although they typically work out of larger spaces, they were able to accommodate the requirements of operating on our Manhattan terrace.

I was expecting a typical hibachi show experience, but this was much more fun and interactive. Chef Nosiah really brought the party: from the beginning, we were passing around the sake shot bottle while he did his knife tricks over the griddle, and he then spat fire out over our terrace fence!

There were games, including one in which we caught zucchini in our mouths, and a water gun filled with sake for blasting each other in the face. It was a raucous, wonderful time.

But perhaps the best part was the food—the food far exceeded my expectations, and was among the best hibachi fare I've ever had. Chef Nosiah cooked the various meats—steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops—to perfection and the sauces were fantastic. I happily finished every bite from the few leftovers that remained from our party of 16.

I would recommend Let's Hibachi to anyone who loves the fun of hibachi and likes to party. It was a 10/10 top-notch experience, and we will likely be hiring them again for another party later...

Very hard to get in touch with them at first. Called multiple times and left messages. Finally received communication through Instagram. Everything was fine with scheduling and the person I was in contact with was nice. My host came to my event an already seemed drunk. He had alcoholic drinks from the bar I had for my guest, which wasn’t a huge problem to me but isn’t the most professional in my opinion. He made offensive jokes/comments to my guest and was very pushy when my guest didn’t want to participate in the different tricks he was performing. Overall very unprofessional and wasn’t the best experience for myself and my guest.

Update: to your response this was not discussed when I originally reached out to the company. I was blown off with a dry response from your business. No one tried to contact me after the fact and just said “okay, we will tell the supervisor” when I complained. This is 5 months later your trying to address...

We had an exceptional experience with Let's Hibachi. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The quality of your Chef (Smokie) was top-notch, and his customer service was incredible. The way he presented himself to my family, and his interaction with us all was something to behold. He is definitely one to emulate. We truly enjoyed him. The product arrived on time and was exactly as described, if not better. It was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into making this. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality option for your family event. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future. Smokie, you're the man! Thanks for making my first cousins' event a success!
