Being a car guy and loving a clean shiny car, I would wash and wax it every chance I had. Speaking with two friends that are fanatics about their cars, they shared that I needed to meet Steve at 360. I did and I'm happy to know someone more picky than me!

The first service performed was window tinting - It came out well and I love the look!

The second service was Ceramic Coating. From the beginning, Steve took the time to explain the options, the preparation process, the maintenance afterwards and pros and cons of the products that are out in the market today. Steve was also looking ahead at weather so the car can be returned without damage to the coating process - he wanted to ensure the car has enough time to be properly cured.

What really stood out to me was Steve's passion and love for what he does. He is a perfectionist. He was showing me things on the car (5 years old, in excellent condition) that I did not see, and apologized that the paint correction process did not completely remove the blemishes. He was sharing his expectations and standards and thinks his customers are the same way. Yes I am, but he has the trained eye!!

I don't typically post reviews, but I was so happy with the detailing job 360 Detailing did on my car the other day that I am compelled to share my experience. I have had my car detailed on a number of occasions at other detail businesses, but 360 Detailing did the best job by far I ever had. Steve, the owner, called me while they were working on the car and asked me if I there were any areas of concern I wanted given special attention. I couldn't think of anything in particular, but he mentioned some scratches on the trunk lid that had always been present and said he would see if they could compound them out. Well, they removed them completely and made the paint on the entire car as smooth as a baby's bottom and shinier than I had ever seen it.
