When I first got in the store there was a gentleman there that really wasn't anxious to help me there was another man that came out from behind and was very friendly but he went back in the back and the other man that wasn't very friendly continued to wait on me he acted like I was just a bother I've been there several times and this was the first time I was felt to feel like a burden they didn't have much of a variety of what I was looking for if at all I will be going back thou but I hope he's only part time and won't be waiting...

The customer service is non existent. I walked in and was not greeted, half way through the store I got asked “can I help you?” with a tone and a look like I was inconveniencing him. I was looking to get a new string on my bow and he says he doesn’t do that anymore when there advertisements clearly states archery pro shop. Not very professional in my opinion. Tried to make small talk about the price of ammunition going up afterwards and just got a shrug and treated like i needed to leave as soon as possible. Will not go back. Do...

I want to love this place, big selection. But, the customer service is soooo bad. The woman working in there acts like every customer is a damper on her day. No answer when you say, "thanks, have a great day." She will just dead stare you and shoot daggers with her eyes. Weird place. I always feel strange in there like they are a "front" for something else. No other explanation for being so rude to the few customers...
