I contacted this business at the beginning of June needing 12 T-Shirts for a workout program. Before placing my order and paying I expressed I needed these done before the month of June was over. 12 shirts in 30 days isn’t too unreasonable I’d assume? I was wrong. I understand shipping and supplies take time with todays mailing state but don’t tell your customer that they should be complete by the timeframe and not even be close. I called to check up on progress every week and was told they’re doing well and all looks good. Per my usual I call on the 27th and asked would they be done this week. The lady I spoke with informs me “that 4 of my shirts haven’t event arrived and the rest are still incomplete”. I have not received the shirt yet due to them still being worked on. I gave a detailed description of what I wanted done to the shirts I had made. I just received a picture of the finished product. Looks nothing like what I ordered. I am beyond pissed. These shirts were Christmas presents for family. It's to late to make any changes bc they took to long to make the shirts. Literally 2 days before Christmas. I am highly disappointed. I went in to check on getting a patch sewn over a previous logo on a jacket. Jolene was so nice and pleasant; very helpful. I chose my pattern and left it all with her. Jolene did a beautiful job on the patch. She actually was able to make the patch for me from a photo I had saved to my phone.
